From Saturday April 21st visitors and residents will be able to experience the city by two wheels with the cities first ever bicycle tours. The new tours will last between 1 and 1.30 hrs and take in many of the same world renown sites that visitors will expect to see and many that they wouldn`t or couldn`t by foot or taxi in that time.

£15 per person
Tours depart from the Tourist Information Office, 44 Foyle Street every Sat and Sun at 10am and 2pm and during the week by appointment through the Tourist Information Office or by contacting City Tours on 02871 271996 or 07712937997, or emailing derrycitytours@aol.com
The tour covers around 3 miles using mostly flat, traffic-free paths and quiet streets. There is one hill at the start of the tour but this is walked.
Difficulty: Easy. You dont have to be an expert cyclist or in top physical condition. If you can ride a bike you can take the tour.

Starting from the Tourist Office we will take you directly into the heart of the city, River Foyle(via the award winning Foyle Valley Greenway), The Peace Bridge, Ebrington Square, St Columbs Park, Free Derry Corner and murals, The City Walls.
